How much does it cost?


Both live webinars and their recorded versions in our library are free to access.


Why do I have to register?


Registering for a webinar provides you with login information and allows us to track your participation. Entering your contact information gives you access to the live webinar link (if applicable), webinar slides and your CE certificate (if eligible).


How do I connect?


When you register, you will receive a confirmation email with the webinar link. You will also receive reminders one day and one hour prior to the live event. Click the “Join Webinar” button in the email to go to the live webinar.


What if I miss the live webinar?


No need to worry. If you miss the live webinar, we will send you a link to the recording. You can also access the recorded version on the “Webinars” page of our resource section at your convenience.


Will I get a certificate of attendance?


Yes, if the webinar is marked as CE eligible on the i-Sight website, you will receive a certificate of attendance by email within three business days of the live webinar. If you watch a recording that is CE eligible, you can click the button to get your certificate at the end of the webinar.


What organizations will accept my certificate for CE credit?


Many of the webinars in our library have been pre-approved for credits with the HRCI and SHRM. Others offer a generic certificate of attendance that can be applied towards CE credit with the ACFE or other certifying organizations. Check with the organization to find out if they will accept a webinar for CE credit.


I attended the live webinar, why didn’t I get a certificate of attendance?


  1. Your certificate email may have gone to your junk or spam folder. Please check these folders to see if the email was filtered out. Certificates also take up to 3 business days to be sent after the webinar, so yours could be on its way soon.
  2. Your IT department may have a setting that is blocking receipt of your certificate.
  3. You attended for less than the required minimum time.
  4. You attended using someone else’s login or watched on someone else’s computer. Attendance is tracked by your login.


I watched a recorded webinar, why didn’t I get a certificate of attendance?


First, check to see if the webinar you watched is CE eligible. If it is, check your junk and spam folders to see if the certificate email got filtered out.


What can I do to help ensure my certificate of attendance is delivered to my inbox?


Make sure to whitelist [email protected] on your email platform so you receive your certificate. This article explains the process for most major email programs. You may need to enlist the help of your IT department. In addition, please double-check your information before you submit your registration form to ensure your email address is correct.


Why are some webinars in the library CE Eligible and some aren’t?


In order to stay up to date with best practices, our webinars are only CE eligible for two years after they are presented. Some newer webinars may not meet eligibility criteria of major certifying bodies. Look for the purple CE Eligible tag on the webinar page and our webinar library section to see which webinars qualify for CPE certificates. Webinars that are eligible for CE credit with the HRCI display the HRCI logo. Webinars that are eligible for CE credit with the SHRM display the SHRM logo.
