Ottawa, ON, March 27, 2020 – A Message from i-Sight (now Case IQ)'s CEO, Joe Gerard

As COVID-19 spreads throughout the world, creating healthcare challenges and industry disruptions alike, I’m writing to advise you on the steps we’ve taken so far to ensure the health of our team and continued availability of your i-Sight (now Case IQ) case management solution.

We do not foresee any interruption to the availability of i-Sight (now Case IQ) or our ability to provide you with support.

Remote Workforce
With the health and safety of our employees and community in mind and in line with the guidance of our local and provincial health agencies, i-Sight (now Case IQ) has temporarily closed its physical offices and has all employees working from home. We do not foresee any interruption to our operations or the availability of i-Sight (now Case IQ) as a result of this transition.

Employee Communication & Education

We have disseminated healthcare best practices for prevention, treatment and reporting to all employees. Any employees feeling ill have been advised to self-isolate for a 14-day period and seek medical attention if symptoms persist.

Travel Restrictions with Quarantine

We have restricted non-essential employee travel and have imposed a 14-day quarantine period on those returning from travel outside the country.

Review of Plans Policies, & Procedures

We have proactively reviewed our Business Continuity Plans, Disaster Recovery Plans and Emergency Response Plans. Of specific focus have been our Pandemic Response Plan and Crisis Communication Plans.

Active Monitoring

We are actively monitoring notifications regarding the spread of COVID-19 through municipal, provincial, federal and World Health Organization websites.

Our management team is engaged in regular meetings to review new information as it becomes available and adjust our response and plans accordingly.
