Ashley Rosa began her time at i-Sight as a Business Analyst in 2014. About four years in, she saw a need within the organization for a person to help bridge the gap between the platform team and the rest of the company. As a result, she created a new role for herself, Product Owner, which eventually led to her promotion to her current position as Manager of Product Management. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce with a specialization in Management Information Systems.
Day to day, Ashley is responsible for all product practices, including maintaining the product roadmap, managing product releases, helping plan ongoing product development, and overseeing other product responsibilities like training, onboarding, and documentation.
Ashley’s proudest moment with i-Sight was pointing out the need for a product liaison role. “I LOVE being in Product and that was not even a possibility until I showed them there was a need for the role,” she says.
When she’s not helping implement i-Sight’s latest updates, Ashley spends her time traveling, hiking, and playing tennis with family and friends. But, she admits, “I love my couch!”, often spending nights in with TV and snacks.

In his role, Jason has two key responsibilities. The first involves planning and executing the technical direction of the i-Sight product. Second, he manages customer success and support, ensuring clients are happy with their system after it goes live.
Jason says his proudest achievement is helping build i-Sight from a four-person company located in a relatively small city into a brand that is known and used around the world. “We were a little engine that could,” he jokes.
Outside of work, Jason loves watching and playing every sport in the book. His favorite is soccer, which he’s played for decades. Jason also enjoys traveling, especially to new places with “neat country sides and landscapes.”
