What You Should Expect While Interviewing with Case IQ

What You Should Expect While Interviewing with Case IQ

Interviewing is an essential part of recruitment. We understand that interviewing for a job can be nerve-wracking. Here at Case IQ, we strive to create a smooth and enjoyable interview process. To reduce the potential pre-interview nerves, we have some information to share on what to expect while interviewing with the team at Case IQ so you can feel prepared.

So, what can you expect while interviewing with the Case IQ team?

Thought-Provoking Questions

The leaders and hiring team at Case IQ love to learn about candidates beyond the basics. You can expect the traditional questions relating to the role you are interviewing for, as well as some unique questions. Non-traditional questions give you the opportunity to show a different, more authentic side to you.  One thought-provoking question we used in the past asked, “If you could open your own business, what would it be and why?”

Transparency and Honesty

One of our core values emphasizes the importance of candid communication. In the interview process, this goes both ways! You can always expect that the Case IQ team will be as transparent as possible. In return, we hope candidates can demonstrate the same level of honesty and transparency.

Opportunity to Meet Multiple Team Members

Typically, our interview process includes one pre-screen, with one to three interviews (depending on the role). Within our process, we strive to have candidates meet various members of the Case IQ team. This gives you the opportunity to meet some of the people who you will be working with, allowing you to assess your fit within Case IQ!

Questions About You

This one may be a given, but we want to learn about you! We love when candidates are prepared and excited to share information about themselves, their skills, work experience, goals, and more! Mastery is one of our core values, as we strive to be knowledgeable, problem solvers, and adaptable. We would love to see how your skills and experience can be a great addition to the Case IQ team.

Opportunity to Ask Questions

Remember, interviewing is a two-way street! As much as we are looking for the right fit for our organization, candidates should be looking for the right fit for them. We encourage you to ask any questions you may have about the role you are interviewing for, the team, culture, etc.
